Ajoutez la farine et m\u00e9langez avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois. Versez le lait en filet, sans cesser de fouetter, puis faites \u00e9paissir sur feu doux pendant environ 10 min en remuant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Salez et poivrez. Faites cuire les pates aldente dans une casserole d\u2019eau bouillante sal\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9gouttez. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 210\u00b0 (th.7).Versez les p\u00e2tes dans un plat \u00e0 gratin, ajoutez le jambon coup\u00e9 en lani\u00e8res et la b\u00e9chamel puis m\u00e9langez. Couvrez de parmesan, puis enfournez et laissez<br \/>gratiner environ 15 min.
