Faites dorer la viande sur toutes les faces pendant 5 min.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9tape 2 D\u00e9glacez ensuite au vin blanc sec et poursuivez la cuisson du filet mignon de porc durant 20 min \u00e0 feu doux.
